Videos hosted on Vidalytics have sold over $3 Billion for our users. We aren’t some brand-awareness fluff factory — we’re ROI or die.
What you’ll be doing
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Skills to pay the bills)
- Own ROAS and all other key ad metrics
- Running performance campaigns primarily on Meta
- Tracking results obsessively
- Creating ad creatives both yourself and with our creative team, managing the creative testing lifecycle
- Testing (like your life depends on it) a large multitude of ad creatives, copy variants, and funnel paths
- Ensuring all of our tracking is reporting as close to perfect as possible
- Owning all ad tracking – Meta / Google Pixels, 3rd party tools, custom tracking, etc.
- Running ads to a variety of different funnels – trial, info, book a call, etc.
- Setting up nitty gritty TOF, MOF & BOF campaigns.
- Testing out other platforms & scaling them where it makes sense – Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Bonus Media Buying Skills (Not Required).
- Google Search, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Creating both low-spend, high-ROI campaigns focused on retargeting, search and buyer intent as well as at scale prospecting campaigns on Meta & Google
Bonus CRO Skills (Definitely Not Required)
- Note: We’re expanding the team with a CRO Specialist who will soon take over these responsibilities:
- Auditing our funnels conversion paths to spot high impact split tests
- Design and execute split tests in SiteSpect (enterprise split testing software)
Your experience
🧠 YOUR EXPERIENCE (Requirements)
- 2+ years of experience running Meta Ads
- Bonus if you’ve ran Google/YouTube or other platform’s ads in addition to Meta
- Expert level understanding of tracking,
- You’ve run profitable campaigns at a minimum of $500/day
- You’ve built retargeting strategies using pixel/video/behavior-based audiences
- Strong grasp of direct response fundamentals (you care about leads, conversions and ROAS, not vanity bullshit such as likes)
- Bonus: You’ve worked on SaaS, info, or high-ticket funnels – Book a call
- Bonus: You know how to collaborate with creative teams and iterate quick
